Zinns Law has joined more than 90 firms across the US in signing an Amicus Brief that opposes a proposed class action settlement involving Monsanto, the maker of Roundup weedkiller.
Roundup has been linked to non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, a deadly form of cancer. The proposed class action settlement would create additional obstacles for victims by prohibiting punitive damages, staying litigation for four years, and creating science panels that could determine whether someone has a right to a claim.
